1974 YAMAHA XS750 RACER

Built and set up to run for the pre 1975 AHRMA class, this very competitive Yamaha XS750 has many special features including a 270 degree re-phased crank timing, megacycle cams, performance valve springs and retainers and has a redesigned primary drive ratio between the crank shaft and clutch basket to accommodate larger rear sprocket ratio. The frame has been altered by C&J to a single front down tube configuration attached to an alloy Yamaha TT500 swing arm and sports a handmade alloy gas tank and rear seat section. The front brake is a four shoe leading brake design laced up to alloy wheels front and rear.  This bike also sports a dual upswept exhaust and a Yamaha TD1 front fender. This motorcycle has some track damage to the right foot peg bracket as well as on the rear seat section. The motor has been reported to be in very good condition, although it will need a full service and going through prior to racing. Selling on a Bill of Sale.
