1972 Triumph Tiger 750 Project (NO RESERVE)
This beautifully restored Triumph chassis was the first completed part in the process of a 100 point restoration when, due to health issues, it was halted. Owned and restored by a known Triumph expert here in Southern California, the chassis has undergone a nut and bolt build with many new components and hardware added to make it as perfect as possible. The numbers matching engine was the next item in the restoration lineup but unfortunately that is where the work stopped. Many of the motor pieces are included in the sale including the rebuilt cylinder head, barrel and pistons, rocker boxes, matching cases, cams, transmission gears, clutch, primary and timing covers and more. This beauty will make an excellent and easy project for the accomplished British bike builder or for the first time restorer who could finish up the motor build and reap the benefits of a top drawer restored classic rider.
