1972 Norton Combat Commando 750 (SELLING WITH NO RESERVE)
During the 1970’s, the Norton Commando 750cc vertical twin was one of the hottest bikes out on the road. In today’s world, they can hold their own in busy traffic as well as out on the open road mixing it up with modern motorcycles. The classic British design of the Commando along with its throaty exhaust notes is sure to turn heads at any rally or gathering. This professionally restored motorcycle comes out of the Burt Barrett collection and sports the British racing green Interstate gas tank with the larger fuel capacity than the standard Commando tank as well as a beautiful set of twin upswept Dunstall Decible Silencer exhaust mufflers. Other features include Borrani allow wheels, Norton Smiths gauges with the odometer showing 17,757 miles on the clock. The engine is fueled with a set of new 32mm Amal carburetors and a stock air cleaner.
